Description

Darkness overtakes the guilty couple: massive trees imprison them, blotting out all light except that which illuminates Adam and Eve’s shame. In the shadow of the Tree of Knowledge, their fate is decided. From Book 10: "Love was not in their looks, either to God Or to each other, but apparent guilt, And shame, and perturbation, and despair, Anger, and obstinacy, and hate, and guile."
